Happy 4th of July!!!!

We hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July. It seemed to have come so fast and with so much to do. A fun highlight was the firework show. In Logan there is a company that does the fireworks for Stadium of Fire and they promise to give a little better of a show in Logan than in Provo which holds true. The winds were strong but they still continued on. Well, just before the finalley was over fireoworks started shooting everywhere and blowing up on the groud and seconds later there were 3 fires, one close to our view and others aways off. The firefighters jumped on it and had them all contained but at the end the ash that covered the roads looked like a volcano had erumpted. It was fun though, MaKenna loved the fireworks and played with her glow stick.
The scouts also had a freedom breakfest with panacakes and all. Steve is their scoutmaster and they got up bright and early to get things started. It was a good turn out and everybody left satisfied.
We took off to the mountains to get some cool air and camped in the cabin with some buddies and splashed around in Bear Lake on a Sail Boat. It was a fun 4th of July and we are "proud to be an american"!
