Were moved in!!!!

Moving is one of those things that never is fun. Between all the storms that has come we managed to get at least all the big furniture like our beds and things switched before it snowed. Brady Herd and his wife Brittany along with the boys scouts helped us move all the big stuff. They were such good helpers. This valley has some crazy weather patterns but it's nice to move in to a different place. MaKenna is having so much fun exploring all the rooms and running outside. All the students here love her and she has helped us meet a lot of them in a short period of time. I don't have any pictures yet but they will be coming soon. I just got done checking out all the students out of their rooms now it's cleaning the apartments and getting ready for check in's this Wednesday. There is a lot to do but it won't be bad. We are only busy like this twice a year. The last managers left us in a mess so once I get all the papers organize it will be better.

The house we live in has a lot of history and was a 'mansion" back in the day. It has a lot of character in it. There are 9 rooms and 4 bathrooms. We only live in 3 of the bedrooms in are part of the house. The rest upstairs is rented to students. We don't have to go far if we want to watch a football game or a basketball game at USU. We are pretty much within walking distance or sit on the roof and watch the football game for free (ha ha). There is also a preschool right across the street and just up the road on campus there is a elementary school so we are set if we need to enroll the kids in school. So....lots of fun here! The owner is way nice and is so easy to work with. The other day he told me to go pick out a dishwasher and a stove because the stove at the apartment was old and it didn't have a dishwasher. Anything that would make my life easier while staying here he said he would be more than happy to get. He is a dentist and just doesn't want to deal with all the little stuff here so he will get us anything we need to run his place smoothly. We are excited for the change and look forward to having fun with BBQ's in the summer with the student s and meeting lots of people. Thanks to all who helped us move and thank you Aunt Jaylynn, Ucled Josh, Aunt Courtni and Uncle Ted for watching the kids!!!!
